No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

We send unreleased music to DJs and press through private promo links. When you use one, we store:

• the name and comment you write, and whether the comment is private or visible to other recipients of the same link;
• downloads: time, format and number of tracks;
• for personal links: when the page was opened and how many times;
• a hashed IP address and your browser's user agent with comments and downloads, to prevent abuse.

If we contacted you, we also keep your name, email, public profile links (e.g. SoundCloud, Instagram, Resident Advisor), notes on why the music may fit you, and our email conversation with you. Your browser keeps your own comment locally so you can download again without retyping it.

Purpose and legal basis: sending promos, receiving feedback and keeping in touch with DJs and press, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this data while we work with you and delete it when you ask.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to reply and for our records.

Cloudflare (hosting, file storage), Supabase (database, EU), Google (Gmail for promo emails, Drive for backups), Sentry (error reports). Some of them may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and object to its use. Write to info@k4ltura.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
